1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of our website, products, and services provided by JAGUARS NET SERVICES (OPERATING AS JAGUARS PRINTNG SERVICES) (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing our website, placing an order, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
2. Definitions and Terminology
Company (JAGUARS NET SERVICES / JAGUARS PRINTING SERVICES): The online printing business providing printing and related services.
Client / Customer / You: Any person or entity placing an order or using our services.
Artwork: Any design files, images, text, logos, or content supplied by the Client for printing.
Proof: A digital or physical preview of the Artwork provided for approval before production.
Order: A request submitted by the Client for printing or related services.
Business Day: Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
3. Services Offered
We provide online printing and related services, which may include but are not limited to:
Digital and offset printing
Large-format printing (banners, signage, posters)
Branding and promotional materials
Finishing services (lamination, binding, cutting, folding)
Design assistance (where agreed separately)
Service availability may change without prior notice.
4. Orders and Acceptance
4.1 All orders placed through our website, email, or other channels are subject to acceptance by JAGUARS NET SERVICES.
4.2 An order is considered accepted only once payment/ deposit has been received and the Artwork has been approved.
4.3 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that breach these Terms or applicable laws.
5. Pricing and Payment
5.1 All prices are quoted in the SOUTH AFRICAN RAND (ZAR) and are subject to change without notice.
5.2 Prices include delivery charges unless stated otherwise. And currently exclude VAT as the company is not yet VAT registered.
5.3 Full payment is required before production begins, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5.4 Late or failed payments may result in delays or cancellation of orders.
6. Artwork Submission, Checks, and Responsibilities
6.1 Clients are responsible for ensuring that all Artwork is accurate, complete, and print-ready.
6.2 We perform basic checks only (such as file format, size, and obvious technical issues). We do not check spelling, grammar, colour accuracy, or content unless design services are purchased.
6.3 The Client warrants that they own or have permission to use all content supplied and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.
6.4 We are not responsible for errors present in the submitted Artwork.
7. Proofs and Approvals
7.1 Proofs are provided for Client approval before printing.
7.2 It is the Client’s responsibility to carefully review and approve all proofs.
7.3 Approval of a proof confirms acceptance of layout, content, colours, and specifications.
7.4 Once a proof is approved, we are not liable for any errors identified thereafter.
8. Copyrights and Intellectual Property
8.1 The Client retains ownership of their Artwork.
8.2 By submitting Artwork, the Client grants us a non-exclusive licence to use it for fulfilling the order, and further use the printed work in our marketing as work done by us
8.3 The Client indemnifies us against any claims arising from copyright infringement, trademark violations, or unlawful content.
8.4 We reserve the right to refuse printing any material deemed illegal, offensive, or infringing.
9. Production and Turnaround Times
9.1 Production times are estimates and commence after payment and Artwork approval.
9.2 Delays caused by Client actions (late approvals, incorrect files, changes) are not our responsibility. 9.3 We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control (force majeure).
10. Delivery Terms and Conditions
10.1 Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
10.2 Risk of loss or damage passes to the Client upon dispatch.
10.3 The Client must inspect goods upon delivery and report any damage or shortages within 48 hours.
10.4 Delivery charges are non-refundable once goods have been dispatched.
11. Reprints, Returns, and Refunds
11.1 Reprints will only be considered where the error is solely due to our production process.
11.2 No reprints or refunds will be provided for errors originating from Client-supplied Artwork or approved proofs.
11.3 Claims must be submitted in writing with supporting evidence within 5 business days of delivery.
11.4 Refunds, where applicable, will be limited to the value of the affected product only.
12. Colour Variations and Tolerances
12.1 Colour variations may occur due to screen-to-print differences.
12.2 We do not guarantee exact colour matching unless a colour management service is specifically agreed.
12.3 Minor variations are not considered defects.
13. Cancellations and Amendments
13.1 Orders may not be cancelled or amended once production has commenced.
13.2 Any approved cancellation prior to production may incur administrative charges.
14. Limitation of Liability
14.1 Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order.
14.2 We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or economic losses.
15. Confidentiality and Data Protection
15.1 Client information is handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws of South Africa. 15.2 We will not share Client information with third parties except as required to fulfil orders or by law.
16. Use of Website
16.1 The website may not be used for unlawful purposes.
16.2 We are committed to making sure that the use of our website is smooth, easy and efficient always.
17. Amendments to Terms
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website and apply to future orders.

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of South Africa and All other neighbouring countries which hold the same governing laws as those of South Africa.

DELIVERY POLICY

6. Dispatch and Risk Transfer

6.2 Risk of loss or damage transfers to the Client upon dispatch.
6.3 Ownership of goods transfers upon receipt of full payment.

8.2 Any visible damage, shortages, or delivery errors must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. 8.3 Claims reported outside this period may not be accepted.

9.1 If goods are damaged in transit, the Client must notify us in writing with supporting evidence.
9.2 We will liaise with the courier to investigate claims.
9.3 Replacement or refund decisions will be made in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
10. Partial Deliveries
